I've found several kits, the Truxx is the most expensive. There is one at 2003-2008 4wd/2wd Expedition 2.5" Leveling Suspension for $169 with similar lift. It also looks like strutmasters (mentioned earlier) has passive replacements, but their site doesn't include 2008's.

there are a handful of companies making the same setup of spacers. Autospring has the same setup as well. Technically you dont need the rear spacers if you only get 2 inches or so up front, should still be able to clear 33's. the 07 and 08s have the same suspension setup, those companies just havent updated there sites.

I would be weary to add anything over your load leveling suspension, it may put too much stress on those airbags causing a expensive fix. Your link to fatbob's garage is the truxxx lift that I bought off of ebay. They are a dealer for truxxx.

I'm not clear on how the leveling system works. It would seem like, if I raise both the front and rear the same amount, the leveling system would not do anything. It sounds like that is not the case. Does the leveling sytem detect the fact that the front is higher and raise (or lower if the opposite) or does it try to maintain the same height above the ground? If the latter, it would seem like it would go crazy on uneven ground. If it just tries to keep it level, it seems like lifting both ends would work and the leveling system would be none the wiser...

Has anyone else tried the strutmaster passive replacements for the air ride system? It looks like I could replace the air bags for about $200, then I can use any of these lift kits. Just not sure I want to do that on a month-old vehicle.

A bit more information. I talked with the dealer and it turns out that they can reprogram the load leveling suspension. They say they can easily raise it 2 inches, so I'm looking at using the Truxx lift for the front and using the rear airbags to lift the rear.

I may try to talk to someone at Truxx to see if I could add the rear lift as well, then have the dealer reprogram as necessary to level. Not sure if this is necessary, but I don't want to jack up the rear so that is close to the top limit. Assuming I do this, I'll post back with my results.

I am interested in lifting my 03 EB Exp. But I was wondering if anyone had pics of theirs lifted with the stock wheels and tires? I want to make it look more like my 99 did.
