I don't see why they would be unless the fuel filler neck is different.
hmmm.. May be an interesting project to think about.. I'm going to look into it.. I love the flareside... but the styleside is stock with all supercrews... and I hace a supercrew.. Is there a possibility of changing out my styleside for a flareside? hmm...
Do flareside's come in 5.5" ?
(BTW, I'm new to the Ford family... I came over from Honda. I might be asking newbie questions.. if so, I'm sorry and please bear with me.. I'm a fast learner..)

As far as I know, the flairside only comes in the 6.5' lenth. It may be swapable with the supercab.
I saw a flareside supercrew on the road the other day.
Had to double check just to make sure, because I thought I was seeing things, but sure enough, it was a supercrew.
Looked fine. Definitely a different look. I don't really like the new 2004+ flareside look. Too conservative looking. If you gonna go flareside, go all the way, not halfway like Ford has.

hmm.. I may need to get down under the beds and see if there are any differences.. A foot difference could mean the bolts don't line up.

The flareside is 6 3/4' long, it is swappable with any 6 3/4' bed on the F-150.
The tailights are different and the filler neck is most likely a bit shorter, but it wouldn't be difficult to swap them out if you found one.
