Panel Truck Running Boards
I have an F-1 panel that has at least one tweeked running board and am considering getting a set off of a F-4 or F-6 truck to replace the bad one. How much modification will have to be done?

Modification is minor. The inside portion toward the rear of the board will need to be cut. Remove your panel running board and you'll see where the cut needs to be. It looks like that they originally modified the large truck design to accomidate the panel.
