Yes, there is help with those hard-to-get-to plugs on your Triton. Just step down into the 4.6L 5.4L Modular Engine forum and do a search on "Replacing Plugs" or just on "Plugs". There are many topics on it.
To make things easier and to answer some FAQ’s, take a look at the Read First topics at the tops of each forum you visit. Also take a little time to read and understand the Guidelines.

Buy a spark plug wire pulling tool, very cheap, cheaper than new wires.
