Bah, don't worry about it too much. You'll probably drop it off at 8am and they'll call you by 2pm to pick it up. It might just be some connector that came loose or something. besides, you've got plenty of warranty left.

Probably because the folks that steal super duties need to know what the light means.... they most certainly can't read English. I doubt this light is for the owners' benefit.

Final update it was the check engine light talked to dealer before taking in and service advisor said to check fuel cap took off cap and put back on and that seems to have cleared the light did not realize that diesels had the same emissions as gas engines do
