Hi All,
Thanks on the info on the 05 pickup cowling, any other news on it?
Looking for a removal and replace enlarged photo of the cowling area, something like the parts department have. Are they available?

Don't have a drawing but it's easy to remove.
Raise the hood and on the front edge of the cowling there are three or four (on eash side) plastic snaps incorporated into the plastic. release them by gently prying towards the front of the truck. this can be done by hand. Once these are loose, with the hood up, reach outside and gently push down and forward on the left hand piece only. There are several more "HOOKS" on the bottom side that hook basically below the bottom of the windshield.
Once the left hand piece is removed there is one lone screw in the right hand piece. remove this screw then remove this piece the same as the left hand piece.
