I Ahve A 5.4 L With The 265hp So I Gues Its The Newer Heads On It. And I Want To Try To Get 400hp Without Using A Supercharger, Turbo Or Nitrous. What Should I Get And Is It Possible, Or Could I Even Exceed This
My Falcon ute (see gallery) makes an "alleged" 389hp at the flywheel from the factory without any form of forced induction.
In actual fact though, many 4V 5.4's here have been on chassis dyno's that indicate that they are making over 400hp.

What other differences are in the aussie 5.4's besides the 4v heads?
The 2000 Cobra R have a 5.4L DOHC engine and it made 385hp. If yu are using it in a heavy truck, to get 400hp will require larger cams and the usable rpm range will be too high for a truck and will be lacking in needed torque.
Supercharging or turbocharging is the easiest way and still be tame enough to drive everyday.
whats up with the 4v heads your talking about, can i just swap them out on my 99 or what. and i dont want a supercharger because its to much money and i heard it lowers your gas mileage
for the money you would have to spend for the 4 valve heads like, heads, intake, front over, chains, guides ,valve covers, wiring harness, computer, and so on.you could buy a super charger and do the install in a day in your driveway.
i just think it would be cool to have the 4v. im more of a person who wants to do something diffrent than everyone else, and yea you have a good point but still it would be caool and i couldnt put the supercharger in anyways cuz i dont have much experience cuz im only 16
