Bare Block 390
I am currently in the market to purchase a bare block 390 for my 68 that I want to build from frame up. So far I have only found used ones that people have collected from junkyards and I would really like to avoid that route for obvious reasons. If I cant find a bare block, I would be willing to go for a short block and then part off the pieces I get so I can start from square one. Any help would be great.

If your just looking for a street motor try www.rebuilt-auto-car-engines.com/ford
you can buy a comlete motor for About $1300 they use C8 blocks or D3 blocks..and I think they have a good wuaranty...
