the filter is a couple dollars cheeper at Auto Zone. there are some sheetmetal retaining clips inside the plastick push on connector on each end of the filter. you cna get a plastic tool at Auto Zone for several dollars that you clip around the fule line and push into the coupling to release the clips. whole job takes 30 minutes if you got the clip tool.

Go with the metal tool from autozone, it is much more durable than the plastic one, The filter is on the inside of the driver side framerail just below the rear of the cab. It is not hard at all and shouldn't take you very long. Good luck
