I went with the straight pipe earlier this week, but have not driven it enough to post any difference in fuel milage, inside the cab of my F350 Crew Cab it's still quiet but outside it's another story. I have enjoyed setting off car alarms with it as I leave the nieborhood.

Turbos are considered to be mufflers. Tell that to the cop when he pulls you over for noise ordinance violation for your straight pipes haha.
i was pulled over a couple months back after straight piping mine and thought i was gettin a ticket. instead the cop just wanted to check it out... lol, he asked me if he could drive it and i told him "if i can follow you in your cruiser" he said he was gonna straight pipe his PSD and wanted some tips on how to do it
yeah build your own. airflowonline. com sells all the pieces and shop diesel sells either a 4 or 5 inch over the axle tail pipe. you'll look like stock but be bigger and louder. you can build it all for about 220.
The shop that did my muffler delete used a straight piece of pipe. They cut the hangers off and welded new ones on as necessary. Exhaust looks the same just no muffler. Sounds pretty good to.
