Hiccup at WOT?

Hiccup at WOT?
My truck is a daily driver. On the rare occasion that I really stick my foot in it, as I approach the shift point in first gear (automatic), the engine seems to "hickup" once and then runs fine through the rest of the gears. If I do it again that day, it doesn't do it. In a gasser, I would say it was "loaded up", but I don't think a diesel has the same issues. Any idea what would cause this? By the way, I have about 112000 miles on the truck.

yes, the transmission has been completely updated and built. There is no issues there, just acts like the motor shuts off for a half a second and then runs fine. It has done this for 5-6 months and I never worried about it as it is only on WOT and only does it the first time I stand on it. I have not changed the CPS, but I do have one in the glove box.
