Cowboys Lost!
I'm not a big football fan due to a lack of time and the fact that I work on Sunday and Monday nights. I watched some of the Dallas Redskins game while on break Monday night. I left with about 7 minutes left in the fourth thinking for sure the Cowboys were going to win. It didn't seem like the Redskins could overcome that defense. I was shocked when I saw the final score. The Redskins hadn't even scored a touchdown since last December. I wish I could have seen the final minutes of the fourth. Did anyone watch it?

I saw it couldnt believe what I saw last 2min was just dozing off when cheers woke me up just in time to see the skins make there first TD than like 30to40 seconds later there second TD,I thought dallas had this one in the bag but nooooo!,I hate going to sleep madGlenn

Um, yeah, I saw both touchdowns. Well, I saw most of the 4th quarter when I was sure the Katrina sapfest was over and the Saints had already lost--and yes, I have family that lives/lived in NOLA that my aunt hasn't been able to connect with yet for what it's worth, and seeing Nagin try to flex his flabby muscles on a Coastie who's trying to run the cleanup operation by allowing folks into such a dump so he can keep his job....Needless to say I'm not happy over that piece of crap alone!
To the point, thank you guys for taking Aaron Glenn from the Texans. I don't like the Texans either, never really jumped on their bandwagon and they are showing me why, but if the Texans dumped him, you should have known better than to pick him up! Santana Moss made TWO great catches, but speed kills.

Ya know, I've lived in the Wash., DC area since 1967.
I liked the 'Skins when I first moved here, and I'm not really a football fan.
Ever since Lombardi left (RIP) and Sonny was more or less turned out to pasture, I can't stand the Redskins.
Again, I'm not really a football fan, but, to mess with the guys I work with, my favorite line is:
"I 'root' for Dallas, or any other team that is playing AGAINST the Redskins."

I couldn't believe it!! I don't know if the defense was just worn out, or if the Redskins were saving everything for the last 5 mins..... But I'm not a fair-weather fan; I stick it out through all the bad years, too. Not even sure why I'm such a Cowboys fan. I have absolutely no connection with Texas. But still, I love 'em, and will root for them for the rest of my life!!

Heck, I'm a 49er fan and we're going through a dismal time.
Got used to all them Super Bowls (first team to 5).
Cowboys were the 2nd team to 5.
Now they'll (49ers) be lucky to win one more game.
