Well i've had this problem for the past 6 or so months, and i can't figure it out. If i'm driving along at about 50-60KMH and let my foot off the gas and/or brake my truck jerks a bit, it almost feels like there's something catching at the brakes, its really noticeable, and when i hit the gas it feels like it un-catch's, if that makes any sense. I just replaced my drums, and for awhile I thought that was the problem but within the last day or so it's been doing it again. Also now every now and then my Rear AntiLock light shows up on the dash, and i havent a clue what thats suppose to be. Did some searching notived couple other people having similar problem but didnt get a clear enough answer. my e-brake works fine, break pads are new, break shoes still had about 3/4 of an inch on them maybe a little less. My old drums were tappered a little bit, that being the reason i replaced them, if that helps.
any help or suggestions to fix this matter would greatly be appreciated as its getting a little frustrating. :P

3/4" left on the shoes? Those are the thickest brake shoes I've ever seen in my life.
You have a problem with your ABS system. It stores codes, just like the EFI system does. I think you need a code reader to get at them. The system is very simplistic, though. It's probably the sensor in the rear axle. I would start by removing it and wiping it off with a rag. That cures 99% of the problems with it.
