Looking for some help. Got a 97 f350 7.3 turbo diesel. When driving the truck starts surging , then will stall. Starts again rough, spurting white smoke. We drained fuel tanks, changed fuel filter, new fuel pump. OD light flashes during surging. Check engine light on steadily and engine running rough.Please help. The mechanics have no answer.Thanks.
