An electrical problem with Dash and head lights
OK, When my dash lights go out my headlihgts get brighter, (Because less drain on the electrical system), but even when I turn the lights all the way off it still does it, but anyway, where do I start to look for a short, under the dash or where. I have also been thinking of just getting an after-market fuse box and use that to wire in al the ACC. because the previous owner just took a exposed wire puller the fuse out and wedged the wire into place between the clip and the fuse so I have got a mess of wires under my dash and bearely are even the right color. uughhhh, now im just ranting and my mind is just a mess dealing with wiring and im only 16 so i can't drink any beer, for medicinal purposes.

You might want to take this question to the; "Electrical Systems/Wiring" forum. The "wire nuts" hang out down there. This sounds a little more complicated than a bad bulb or ground.
