Radiator removal

How do I go about removing the radiator from a 96 Ranger 4.0L 5spd 4x4 with A/C?

If I remember right, it's not too difficult. Just drain it. Remove the fan shroud (only two bolts), then remove the upper and lower hoses at the radiator, then remove the tranny cooler lines (these are a bit of a pain, but be patient the threads do have an ending), then remove the bolts at the top holding the radiator, if I remember right the bottom do not have bolts, it just slides into grooves. Then slide the radiator straight up, being careful not to bank the fins.

I agree with Wresleu. It's a pretty straight forward job. I replaced mine not to long ago, '94 w/ manual tranny, and I don't have the cooler lines. As long as you have it all out you might as well replace the upper and lower hoses to the radiator, unless you've done so recently.
