seat swap

has anyone tried swapping a seat out of a extra-cab into a regular cab truck? I have a 2004 and would like to have leather and power seats but they are not an option for regular cabs.
thanks

Back from 8 days on the beach.. AHH.

About the seats, yep, all the seats are the same basic design.
SuperCab and Regular Cab have the shoulder mount belts, so it's harder to swap the stuff around.
In my reg cab, I had non power, light gray cloth, drivers lumbar.
I bought a set of SuperCrew seats and swapped the power bases over, also the passenger lumbar. There were a couple differences, easy to overcome. The Screw seats dont flip forward as much, but a little tweaking fixes that. The Screw seats don't have the child seat anchors, but again, a little smoothing of sharp welds on the back of the passenger seat fixed that.
I later added Screw seat covers, black leather. Easy swap, I have a thread on that if you want details.

On these trucks, it is very easy to swap a lot of good stuff from the premium trucks to the lower priced models.
