I bought mine on ebay. They were new truck take-offs and worked fine.
They didn't come with hardware but the 3/8-16 u-nuts are sole at Lowe's and regular bolts will work. Ford's cost on the hardware was outrageous. (5.50 per bolt and 2.56 per u-nut vs. .80/each for u-nuts at lowes and I had stainless bolts at work)
Total cost, with shipping for my crewcab model was $220.00.
SD F350, I got a new set of take off's from a place in Elkhart IN. They are a conversion shop and have a mountain of the black plastic ones. The place is called truck&RV supply. Phone is 574-262-1850. They have them on ebay all the time, $180 a set, buy it now price. Hope this helps ya.
