trouble codes plz help

I just did a scan on my 92 f-150 351w. It came back 311 air system inoperative during KOER test BANK 1..... Can someone tell me what exactly that means? The last scan i did gave an egr flow problem i believe 332 i cleared it and did another scan and it came back 311.


*I posted in the windsor forum aswell but no replies as of yet*

It's the TAB or TAD slenoid on the engine by the coil. One of them is stuck. Had this problem in a '92 E150. Ran great without fixing it, and the light never came on.

ahh my light keeps coming on....It originally said egr but i reset that code and then it came on again and thats what it was giving me and i have no idea about what air injection is.

It's part of the emissions system, it forces fresh air into the catalytic converters, and helps burn the excess fuel. Check the electrical connections on them as one may be loose.

Well I checked everything that had an electrical connection and i didnt find anything loose. Although i dont exactly know whats what yet, I checked all connections and especially around the area of the distributer. If one of them is stuck what then? Do i get a new one or are they fixable?
