Help on buying damper / balancer!!

I'm currently attempting to complete a project in a F-150 using a 1989 302 HO motor out of a mustang. I need to purchase a balancer / damper and I am confused on which one. Do I need the 50 oz balancer or the 28 oz balancer?

you need a 50oz.
