Winding an electric winch.

Does anyone know of a cable guide to rewind an electric winch back on the drum without pinching or binding! I have a couple trailers with receivers on the front of the deck for using a Warn XD 9000i multimount and when I winch stuff on the cable doesn't rewind to my liking! I am looking for a product to mount with the roller fairlead to travel back and forth across the drum to re-wrap the cable. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks Kelly.

Any piece of small 1/4-3/8" round stock could be bent into a guide hook. If you put an open loop in the end you can push as well as pull. Just bend it like a "4" on the end but don't close it so you can twist it off the line. The weeder has a nice handle tho.
