[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-Jun-02 AT 12:14 PM (EST)]I have a '74 F-100 with lap belts only and I've searched the internet for info on this. I found a few good sites that sell kits. The only problem for me is that they all require some welding or professional fabrication.
I may just put in a 4 point racing harness. From what I've seen they have a better choice of mounting locations and look like they would be easier to install safely. They don't look like they would be as easy to get in and out of, so would be a little inconvenient, but I am more worried about safety than ease of use. It would look pretty funny to pull up in my old beater truck wearing a racing harness. I might get a laugh out of the riceboy crowd.

I'm in the same boat as you two. My '73 F100 has the lap belts and I've been wanting some shoulder belts too. I like the factory ones in the '77-'79s. But the only way to have some of those will require cutting and welding on the corner of the cab - which would be worth it if it works and is safer. I may have to look into if further...
