1998 Ranger
I just hit 100000 miles no problems now it is missing out jerking like when you let the clutch out wrong ford dealership has done 900 dollars worth of repairs tune up fuel filter fuel pump now they are saying the computer is not telling them annything is wrong it is not working now they ordered a new computer another 200 dollars has anyone had this problem

What engine do you have?
To me it sounds like they didn't do a good job of diagnosing the problem. Did they find a miss in the ignition system, this would be a reason for the tuneup. Did they find low fuel pressure, the reason for the filter/pump. Are they now having a problem pulling the codes, were they ever able to pull the codes?

The computer showed everything passed then I asked them to check and see if the computer even worked they are now ordering a new computer didn't come intoday I was sold on my ranger now I don't know if the dealership cant't fix it may go to some other dealership still any answeres appreciated I had them check the maf sensor they said it was ok air cleaner box ok so please help

If the computer showed a pass code when they first started working on the truck why is it broken now?
You need to ask them specific questions related to the cause of the problem and why the part they want to replace will correct the problem.
I don't feel real comfortable with the dealers ability based on what you have told us so far.
