Hi i just got this 98 explorer it has the keypad on the drivers door however i do not know how to use it...and dont know the lock codes on it ... i purchased the car from a small car lot and the guy did not know how the keypay worked or even if it works...

You can find the code in the back panel where the jack goes, it is on the computer box, it is a 5 digit code. To unlock all doors press 3 after the code, to lock the doors press 7/8 and 9/0 at the same time. Hope this help you.
