Unhappy Superchips 1715 help

I recently purchased the 1715 for my 2001 F350 V10 and and first wanted to read any DTCs. The only one was "P1000-Monitor checks not complete-more driving required". I didn't think much about it and went ahead and loaded the "Tow Performance". I towed 1100 miles in 20hrs and then read the DTCs, again, only "P1000". How many miles do I need to drive this thing??? I made the trip back with the same result. I then hooked the reader up to the Winstar at work and it responded with "No DTCs Exists" which sounds like a normal response. Do I need to disconnect the battery to reset the whole works?

Thanks

Its perfectly normal with the tune installed. Disconnecting the battery won't help (disconnecting the battery will throw the same code).
