I have a Traxxas T-maxx and a Traxxas Nitro Vee boat. Both are pretty sweet toys.
The boat just got demolished though. I was in my real boat with my buddy driving, and I was using the RC boat while we drove around the lake. It was a little rough and I ended up flipping the boat over. It doesn't sink, but the servos shorted out, and the motor may or may not of got water into it. I flushed it all out and havn't put it back together yet because those servos are too expensive and can't afford it right now lol.
I played with a couple of my brother in laws new r/c electric cars a few weeks ago. One is a little buggy, and the other is a 4 wheel drive street car. They were amazingly fast. Too much power for me. I hadn't touched an r/c car in years. Unfortunately, I flipped his 4wd car. It was in pristine condition before I drove it. And it sits like 1/8" off the ground. You would think it would be hard to flip, right? We set up a tall wood ramp and got some great shots of the buggy launching and flying. That was a blast. He gave my son his old Tyco r/c truck. I have been taking my son to dirt construction areas around Owasso to learn how to drive the truck. These are fun toys. I strapped a hand held GPS to my sons truck and took it up and down the street. We were able to squeeze 11.2mph out of the little Tyco 9.6v truck.
Hey Anthony, Now let's see some close up shots of it launching from the ramp?
And how about making a mud drag pit to put it through?
And how about straping the camera to it for some fun action video?
