auto shifter handle

Ok this was very interesting to me..Yesterday after driving the truck to a spot to drive my rcs i noticed the overdrive portion of the handle was loose..well today it broke off..that little 3 inch peice snapped off...and it ownt go back on.

So what should i do..?

the shifter is hollow because of the wires for the OD button. If it actually snapped off, you probably have to replace the handle or you might be able to epoxy it back on.

i expoxied it back on with some electrical tape aswell..

there some pics on how it broke in my gallery..under broke it

That one is weird. Usually it is just the little button surround at the tip which comes off. I have broke more than one of those. At least those you can get just the part from the dealer.
