Clutch Linkage Repair
The shaft on my clutch linkage where the nylon bushing is, is badly worn. I purchased a new arm. The hole in the arm where it attaches to the rod from the pedal is smooth. I have not remove the old arm yet. Is it serated? Is the arm smooth by design so you can position it as needed?
Has anyone done this repalcement.
I do know that I am going to drill a hole for a cotter pin. That way, the bushing will not move around and wear out early, also it will help stop the wear.
