06 Solid White FX4

06 Solid White FX4

Well I just order my new 06 FX4 Screw. I ordered solid white (no bottom color). My question is: What color will the wheel well trims be? black plastic or the white color matched? Also, will the bumbers be the white colored or chrome like the lariats.

Body colored bumpers, dark gray wheel lip moldings.

Just curious: the dealer from which you ordered the truck couldn't tell you any of this?

The dealer mentioned it would be white wheel moldings, and I didn't ask about the bumpers. To tell you the truth, I pretty much waiting for the call saying it can't be built a solid color. He is a nice guy, pretty informative, I have just been told so many diffrent things about this truck so I'm not getting my hopes up.

Are you sure about the color coded bumpers? Not to keen on those in white.

The only reason I ordered one was because there is limited stock in the solid white color (05's), and the salesman mentioned that at this current time and ordered unit would more than likey be here faster than just waiting for the normal stock to come in.

Its a Ford replacement so I wasn't really to concerned about the pricing/promotions going on with the 05's.

Real sure about those bumpers. Need to go XLT or lariat to sidestep that.

Followup- just went out and looked at a white FX4 Crew. Wheel opening moldings are charcoal gray. Front bumper is mostly white with charcoal along the bottom, rear bumper is charcoal gray.

Thanks for the info Polar, are there any pictures of theis color out yet? The salesman didn't have any yet. Does the Ford website have them up? I appreciate your comments.
