What info does Ford's "CONCEPTS" give on a vehicle in transit after being built?
Do all salesmen have access to it or just the sales manager?

Not even all sales managers have access- or know how to use it. The truck will stop getting updated on concepts once it's shipped- that's the "informational black hole" I was talking about.
