aigt you guys. this is the thi im posting this on here. maybe this time someone can get it all off my hands. i got a 48 and 49 pickup for sale. they are both an f-1. then i have a 53 f-1 cab also. ive been having problems with my dad and i had to move out of his house. now its all sitting over there in the weather. i dont want it to get any worse then it has already. there is so many parts that i cant type them all. but i know there is 2 blocks ( flathead 8 ), 4sets of heads, 2 or 3 cranks, and the list goes on and on. i have a little metal shed that is 10x8 and it is loaded with parts. you might be able to get away with one truck and trailer but it would be pushing it. i will help carry stuff in my truck up to 50 miles. i would like to get rid of it all at once. i dont want to part it out. the price is $1500. this is a steal for everything i have i have. if you need anymore info just ask. ill give you any deals i can get. thanks everyone.

Rebel - Before you do anything rash, give it a few days and try to work things out with the old man when cooler heads have an opportunity to prevail. Twenty years from now, the only thing you will remember form the incident is that you sold all of your truck stuff that you've worked hard to collect.
I am not a dad, but I am a uncle. Two of my brothers are real hard headed, and had similar problems with their boys. It is almost part of growing up - a way to separate and move on to become a man. Sometimes I think it is dads that care the most that have this problem.
I agree with the Texan - wait a few days and try to reach an agreement about your parts. I suggest you do move away and finish growing up - I made all my mistakes and young manhood sins in the Navy where the home folks never heard about them.
But don't give up your trucks over this - it is something you will always remember and blame your dad for. You are a man now, so take resposibility for storing your junk elsewhere.
I am over 50 and my dad has passed, but I still blame him over a 39 Chevy 5 window Opera Coup I had to leave behind! It was my first car and I never even got to drive it on the highway.
i have been thinking about it. it just sits there and rusts. i keep moving it from place to place. i dont have the time or the money for it anymore. i actually need the money to pay off acouple of bills. i havent worked on it on about 3 years. i dont think this whole thing with my dad will blow over anytime soon. i know some of you guys might get mad cause im not going to just put it behind me, but there is alot that my girlfriend, who ive known for over a year and been dating for 10 months, dont know, and prolly will never know. call me bull headed, but you need to know about everything first. im not mad, and i hope i dont make anyone mad. but the truck is material. when i am able to handle a project i will def be back on here. you a will know. i will be on here also trying to lend a hand when i can. but the truck has to go. thats why im putting it on here and not a junk yard. i know someone will make her into a beautiful piece of machinery again. and if someone does buy it....im going to want pix of her when she i done.
i live up nea toledo. truck is in oregon and i live in northwood. i can prolly hit interstate 280 with a baseball and bat. that can be a land mark for you. if you need anything else just ask.
