Driver window will not work & door locks sporatic

I have a 2001 F250. The Driver side window just clicks under the dash. I checked the relays in the fuse box which are fine. Someone had told me there is another one under the hood. Does anyone know where it is? Also, my door locks started workig spoaticly. Some will work when others don't and visa-versa. Help!

My first suspicion is broken wires inside the loom that comes out from the door jam to the doors. Right where it flexes as you open and close the door.
