Getting closer, some of you guys probably know this, but a Weiand intake will not fit the CHI 3V heads, and I am going to guess the Edelbrock will not fit either. We have the spacer plates and intake coming from CHI.
Better get those desk top dyno's working. I'd like to see some estimates.
is the intake problem just the location and size of the 3V ports? or are the mating surfaces at different angles than stock? and the spacers are only needed because it'll be a 9.2" or a 9.5" deck CHI intake?
Those heads are gorgeous. You have to post up a video of this thing on the dyno when it's done.
I'll second that
Better yet, let me borrow one of those built engines from you and put, oh say 100k miles on it. I'd be more than happy to do a long term test for you if you are looking for a volunteer to give an engine to
Man I wish I had more money to do the same project your doing on that engine!!! How much do you think it will dyno at after it's all said and done? I agree with 53. I'll help you "test" one of those engines for an endurance test!!
