15 rooms gets the best discount. I think we can get a discount at maybe 5 rooms. It's just wouldn't be as big. Is there any way we could send a e-mail to everyone in the group.
I know 15 rooms is a lot, but I want to shoot for a big meeting.
I really need to get some comment. I could on the people in that area to be there is course. That make at least 2, but they mostly likely wont need rooms.

I don't know of any way I can send a general note out to the members, ic an't even show the list online that I get to see, would be nice to do so, but at this time, it isn't public viewable... you can get 5 on a pm by putting a ; between the names I am told... I could see what I can do sending some out, and using Opie's map to concentrate on those more local to the meet. Some of them have already posted on here...
