Ouch, that sucks. That's a lot of gas.

Cap, here's something for the pain though. You should get a laugh out of it. Just look at them in order.

i got my full estimate, bar, brakets, fog lamp. 1 grand. bad part is ford is limiting release of the bumper for some unknown reason. they had to reorder it under a body shop name.
what gives resricted release. unit down it and have to pay more for the part due to extra shipping fees. ford can call me slightly p'd at this point.

Glad you weren't hurt. Trucks can be replaced, people can't.

MMMMMMM RoadKill Scrapple.....

Sorry to hear about it Charlie, I made a polished stainless 4" (schedule 40) tube bumper that forms around my front bumper just for those little b@stards. On the front of it is painted "Bone Smasher". I hit one on the bike a few years back and now have no mercy on 'em.

Good luck with your truck!!

BigF350, Wow , those sickpuppies know how to build a bull bar. Those poor kangaroos don't have a chance. I still have my kangaroo paw bottle opener bought at King's Cross
34 years ago. 2 bucks. I don't imagine they still sell those do they? Take care mate.

They are rather serious units aren't they!!!

I haven't seen any of the kangaroo paw bottle openers you mention. Mind you, I haven't been looking for one. Shall keep an eye out next time I go to the market.

I still have a bottle of Resch sitting in the fridge too. Take it easy Wrench.

The last time I saw a front end like that on a vehicle was back in the 80's when the A-Team would weld on a new front end on the van (before crashing through some empty cardboard boxes)... ha ha.

That's one hell of a bull bar though!

Charlie , good thing nobody hit a cow, they do a lot of damage. Friends of my wife's family bought a brand new big Ford LTD back in the early 70s and on the trip back to the farm after picking up the new Ford, hit a cow at highway speed. The car was almost written off but luckily no one was hurt badly except for the cow, she didn't make it.

Big F350, Have a good safe trip.
