Yes you are right! I have to order tools and the next day they are delivered to me at work. Just by luck my master set was on sale and I never know when anything is on sale. There web stinks! You can't even look at Evercraft on line! That is a shame to have nice tools and not be able to go on line to purchase or look at them. I have e mailed Napa and they sent me two large catalogs but you have to call in order to get a price.I am very pleased with my tools from Napa.
