Sliding Door Adjestment
The door needs to be moved forward about a quarter inch or so to close up the gap between the slider and the front door.
So far I have taken the interior panel off and adjusted the bracket that is at the rear of the door and half way up but then the door wouldent close. After reviewing the situation, I determined that the latch was not alligned with the post on the quarter panel, it looks like the post is too short and the latch was hitting the head where the post is wider.
Can you get a longer post or can it be shimmed to make it stick out further?
It doesent look like the latch it's self can be adjusted rearward to compensate, but I could be wrong.
