96 Econoline Reflash?

96 Econoline Reflash?
While checking out other problems I found that 96 Econoline 4.9s had a TSB for a computer reflash for Bank 1+2 lean codes and Mass air flow meter codes. I have an appointment at the local dealer to run a diagnostic on the truck to check for the reflash. Is there any way I can tell with scanners if this has been done? I have access to both Snap On regular scanners and the MODIS if I can tell myself it will save me $100.00 that the dealer will charge.

Thanks Reno, Ended up at the dealer they checked it all over. Tech said he noticed the TSB and pulled the software revision from the computer and it had all the updates. No vacuum leaks and everything else checks out, even the aftermarket "Reman." Mass Airflow Meter. Tech said could be partially clogged injectors.
