Wait to start light
83 F350 6.9 Just put two new batteries in her started right up went out the next morning started right up pulled ahead about 30 ft to put fuel in her went to start it and the wait to start light would not go off and no buzzing noise no clicking nothing truck would not start. Truck did start with either.

Sounds vaguely similar to the age old problem of stuck on relay and burned out GPs now. Test all the GPs with a test light.....12v battery power for the clip, remove the GP connector and stab the top of the GP light ok no light burned out........
Before removing the GPs read up on tip breakoff on this page..........
