I have an 82' and I am looking for the interior peice that is fou behind the drivers side seat that covers up the seat belt mechanism. Im lloking for it in black if anyone can help me. All local bone yards dont have what I am looking for.
Yeha, I dont think the f150 have it, but I could be completely wrong. Ive checked ebay and JBG n LMC n NPD but no go. Its on of the only interior parts that I have no luck finding.
Do you have a split bench seat? It sounds like you're talking about the black plastic cover that slides underneath the seat belt anchor, that has a hinged cover that snaps into place over the bolt and anchor. If so, this is also found in super cab trucks and should be pretty common (they are in my area anyway). If this is what you're referring too. Anyway, this may allow someone to find one quicker if it's the same thing as what the truck's have since they seem to be more common in the yards. I see them from time to time on ebay as well.
So, you're talking about the retractor then, not the female connector? If so, then do you mean the entire retractor cover (for the floor mounted retractor), or just the access tab that snaps into place, covering the bolt? I can visualize this piece for a truck, and the Broncos may be the same as well, but the Captain's chairs aren't too common, so it may be totally unique to them? If it shares with a truck, I can likely find one in black for you. Just trying to make sure I know what you're needing. Hang in there.........
