AOD and Lokar kickdown hook up

AOD and Lokar kickdown hook up
I have an 86 F150 302 that I converted to carb. I purchased the Lokar kickdown for it, but the instructions sucked and I'm pretty sure its hooked up wrong. Does anyone have any pictures or better instructions on how it hooks up? Thanks.
