I have a 1978 351M that has a stuck distributor.I cant turn it or pull it out.Is there any way to free it up?

Well I assume you have pulled the bolt and hold down clamp. -hehe

Use some PB blaster on the joint and let it set for a day. When you try to loosen it use a pair of arc joint pliers on the housing down as close to the block as possible and turn it. If you are lucky you won't ruin the distributor.

I got an new MSD distributor so damaging the old one doesnt matter.Im looking to turn this motor into a 400.Almost nothing but the block will be original.
