Shift Improvement for my E4OD

I want to improve the shift quality of my E4OD. I want the shifts to be quicker and at higher RPMs when needed.

What can be done to accomplish these goals? A valvebody upgrade/shift kit or is it completely electronically controlled.

Not that it really matters but its in an F350 4x4 with the 7.5l

There are valve bodies available.I have the B&M shift kit in my 93L and my 95L and I'm happy with it.The tow/rv setting is a firm shift I can live with everyday. The street/strip setting on the other hand that I have in the 95 is a tire shredder when it shifts and not great for everyday.

Sorry, I did not mention what year I have. It's a 1995. Is there any electronic control over the tranny?

I want to quicken the shift, especially under load, without jarring my passengers too much. I have a crew cab and routinely have 3 or 4 passengers in my truck.

Has anyone tried any of the other brands?

I thought I had some others, but they were very limited on the E4OD.
