if it wasnt doing it before you had the trans rebuilt then i would say that they set a clutch pack too loose taking more time to pill the cavity,or a seal or sealing that could of got nicked during the build.the epc solinod will have to encrease pressure due to a leak and with enough pres. it finally engages.if it has warranty take it back and have them correct the problem.good luck and let us know what you find.

Line pressure is key here, did they replace the pump or rebuild it ?? How good is the shop you had the work done ??? There are too many idiot's out there to trust with your car, take it BACK to where you had the work done and COMPLAIN !!
