drop down pitman arm
i have a 78 ford F-150 4x4 with a 3 inch lift. im replacing the steering box and i dont have a drop down pitman arm. do i need one?

drop down pitman arm
The stock pitman arm will work fine with a 3 inch lift, you can go up to 4 inches with the stocker.

yea, less stress and wear on your tie rods and ends, also you will reatin more of your turning radius, itd be a good 70 bucks spent
