Thanks VFRRICK, I'm going to go get my wife to read that. I can use all the persuasion I can get to mod the X. It seems all you did was the Y pipe and muffler. Am I missing anything? Did they fab a y pipe or did you buy it from somewhere like Summit and have it installed?

I had the Y pipe fab'd at a local shop. It cost me a whole 100.00. They cut into my existing pipes. In other words they left my original flanges and O2 sensors in place and removed the Y pipe and fab a new on in place. I had changed the muffler about 6 months ago because the factory one had burnt out and had to be. If I had to do it over I might do the y pipe first and drive it for a few days. The reason is the sound is so different when I change the Y pipe that I am still getting use to it. I guess in some ways it sounds softer, if that makes any sense.

I am going to put it up on blocks this weekend and repaint the under carriage and I will take some pics and post them so you can see what they did.
