My unchel has a 94 bronco with the 5.0 L. it has ABS and the brakes are pulsing really bad. We changed the rear drums, slave cylinder, springs shoes and the front pads also. After that they still pulsed but only after you depressed the pedal more than mabey 2 inches....so i checked the fuse....the ABS fuse was missing so i put the appropriate fuse in and we bled the entire system and they still pulsed. The pedal has a really good feel to it and the breaks work very well if you go on them light but if you press the pedal more then lightly they pulse.
any help i would greatly appreciate
thank you,

You're supposed to turn drums and rotors before you install them, even brand new ones. I'd also recommend turning old rotors instead of just doing a pad slap.
You do not have to turn new rotors, all you need to do is take some sand paper and use it in a swirling motion so you leave a non-directional finish on the new rotor.

You are right, you should need to turn new rotors, but don't bet on it. Put rotors on my Aerostar and had to pull them off and turn them right away because they were warped from the factory.
