Fuel Problem maybe???????

I tried the search but seems it is disabled
Ok, here is my problem, filled my front tank yesturday on my 1994 F150. Drove about a 100 miles and it started spitting and spuddering like it was running out of fuel. I switched to the rear tank and it did fine for the rest of the day and on the way back home.

I tried the front tank again today and seemed ok, but didnt go any distance yet.

My question, is there only one fuel filter for both tanks? If not where is the one for the rear tank? Does any one have and idea of what would have caused this, bad pump or???
Any help would be great thank you

theres only one filter, i would say more than likely a loose ground. if you dont have the ability to pull the tank and check, just make sure you got some fuel in the rear tank.

yes I can pull the tank, would a loose ground on the tank cause this? Would it happen that quick? And last but not least, where is the ground at? Right on the sender cover like the older ones, or somewhere else? Thanks for everything
