i would be careful if you decide to get them , they require cutting the old grill to fit. i personally like the look of the 77 stocvk grill myself.

I agree, I think that the 76/77 is the best looking front end. The least common too, at least around here. I see tons of 78/79 with the big mouth bass grill, but I prefer the 77. They must have made billions of the 78/79's. Mostly 79's.

The old grill is pretty much junk so I'm not worried about cutting it. I saw a '76 or '77 the other day with a billet grille and it looked really good. I though I might try one on mine if I can find it.
