Does Excursion headlight switch have a dome light OFF position?

Does Excursion headlight switch have a dome light OFF position?
I want to put a dome light OFF switch in my Superduty. I was wondering if this is a feature in the Excursion. Particularly the 2000 model, but other years would also probably work upto 2003-4. If it is I may just swap switches.

You can try searching for "Dome light override". I did that mod to my 00 Ex. I gave detailed instructions.
I will doing it to my 05 here soon. The wiring is different so I'll post new instructions.
NO Excursion has this feature. However, I think (but have not proven) that the old body style Expeditions had the same light switch BUT had the defeat feature built in. A simple swap of the switch may be all that is required. I'll check it out later this week.

I HATE HATE HATE the fact that I cannot turn off the stupid lights in my 05 Excursion when camping etc.
I will mod mine as soon as you figure it out.
